Green Programming Workshop at UiB
Our friends at the other side of the road, Magne Haveraaen and Mikhail Barash, put on a half-day workshop on Green Programming Languages. Abstracts on the web-page!
Apart from Magne’s perspective on “Green computing, a programming language perspective”, there was Ingeborg Wilde from Elixir on “ELIXIR Goes Green: A Node-Driven Approach to Environmental Sustainability” and Rahul Nath on “Green thinking for data centers”.
Everyone is grateful to UH-Nett Vest for the support!

I guess I should get better at including previews, I’m not sure if linking the full-sized images is … sustainable…
